I've seen seniors swing these 'beads' in housing estates as a form of
exercise to help lose weight. But this uncle use this as a performance.

But he really lose weight doing this, check is side view.

As I walk down, I bum into this group of crazy guys running for The 10th Annual Red Dress Run. Basically all dressed in red dress running along Orchard. Was loaded with Tri-X so its all in b&w and got this shot while they ran pass me at the Hereen junction.
