The FA158HH pads run $28 per card (a card fill one caliper w/2 pads), so you'd need 2 cards to have enough pads to do 2 front calipers.
I also have front caliper mounting bolts that I can throw in if you need them.
Your total would be $165 + $56 + $53.15 for USPS Express. Add 4% to the total for PayPal fees so your total for the 2 front rotors and enough pads to fill 3 front calipers would be $285.11 USD.
