I used Microsoft's address (1 Microsoft Way) somewhere in Seattle. Then I bought iTunes credit from www.ituneshop.net. There are many sites that sell these kind of prepaid credits for iTunes.
The upgrade costs more than 20USD because there are taxes as well. Read this link:

The tax is not imposed by the websit. It is imposed by apple at the point of purchasing content.
ya i know...so far my invoice from apple shows tax $0.00. so i got discount on itunes gift cards plus apple din charge me tax. ;p

I didn't use hogeweb. Somehow the web gives me an error message when I go in. :think:
I used the method suggested by seankyh. I used the credits to rent a 300 movie. :bsmilie:
Also managed to upgrade the software of my iPod Touch.

technically can be done since i think those icons are similar to mac os x dashboard widgets which are usually written in javascript. i dun have ipod touch or ipod phone but if you want to loan yours to me i can see what can be done :bsmilie:
