i might not be correct, but what i've observed for pass 6 months from toyota site, everytime COE goes up or down, they'll adjust their price accordingly.

Now another thing. What if I getting a car???

COE part, if that month the price of the cat drop, I go n buy, will get the price? Or I will need to bid for another round?

Thinking of getting a wkend car if can. If COE cheap n minus off $17k, think should be able to afford it. ;p If cannot still, take public transport n rent a car for a day or 2 for practise every month.

Yah... I came out of the circuit with no points.. The tester cut short the route and here I meet with the $+up!d traffic light which I don't understand the sequence and I got IF instead.. I might have passed if he did not cut short the route.. hahaha.. ;p

The cross junction along Bukit Batok Road leading back to the driving centre. The sequence goes green, amber, red, flashing right arrow. I was expecting a solid green right arrow, and totally forgot that I had already crossed the stop line and in the junction, so I'll need to make the turn during the flashing arrow.

if there's no car in front making the turn, die die have to go coz you crossed the line. if there's a car in front, station before the stop line and turn when green arrow still lighted. if green arrow blink, at most kena 8 points.

actually, can start moving once turned red, cos that's what i did. sometimes the arrow only blinked once.

When petrol price goes up, you can see many cars drive normally and maintain the speed limit like 90km/h on expressway .

seriously, i beg to differ.
in fact, nobody drives at 90km/h nowadays on expressways.(and i'm referring to non peak hours that is).

and i guess it depends on what one's ride is, and how well off they are.
for them, usually the increase in petrol prices dont/wont affect them.

and if you've driving a performance car/sports saloon, will you really limit your right foot on the pedal?
it's hard.especially when it's not peak hours.
