Hey guys... I'm just wondering what are the uses of a speedlight and how to use one ? Like my school usually has a photographer (A teacher) and he uses the flash in broad daylight. Does it have any effect on the subject ? Would like to hear more about the speedlights... Thanks

Using a flash in daylight will assist in situations where the subject may be backlit or when you need a lil fill-in flash to produce the catchlight effects in the subjects.

Try experimenting with your camera's pop-up flash...
