If the client demands a cleared set because of confidentiality, then no escort. What is the big fat deal? Actually, the escort can wait outside? You have problem even with that?

Majority of the situation when an escort is involved has to do with private shoots, and that is what we are talking about. Escort are there because of concerns about safety. This is totally acceptable. Any other reasons, then it is probably inappropriate.

By the way, in a commercial shoot, the model usually feels safer because of the many people on the set, the make up artist, the stylist, the PAs, the air director, the client, the ad executives, and the list goes on and on. Still, with so many people there already, what is the problem with one more.

Personally, I don't like them if the escort is a bf/gf. I will tolerate them if they have absolutely no negative impact on the shoot. What is your beef with an escort if the model is concerned with her safety?

ya, totally agree with you. I don't mind models to bring escorts at all, as long as is not her bf and don't interfere or distract the model then I am fine.

What happened last time in a casual shoot is that i felt that the model was distracted by her boyfriend as she was constantly looking at him.

For the next shoot, with another model, I already asked her about the escort, but she hasn't replied yet. ><" I guess if she brings her bf, which I think she will. I will just make sure her bf doesnt interfere with the shoot or distract her in anyway. Well, its tfcd afterall.

So far I only met one sexy Asian photographer............and she is not in Singapore. Met her in Australia and that was the hottest photographer I have met. She is not only sexy but her works are brilliant as well!

Local lady photographers that I have met so far is a little bit more tomboyish.....than sexy.:bsmilie:

Yeah it's usually the bf or lover or gf that brings in the problem.

I had one case where the bf came and although he was quiet throughout the whole session (I was shooting some really sexy bikinis which was her own portfolio). I actually requested her for another session as my client actually wanted to engage her for a commercial shoot as my client was impress by her figure because she really fitted what they were looking for.

Guess what was her answer? She turn down the job offer (client was offering her $5,500 for 2 days shoot) because she told me that her bf was not happy because she had to do sexy pose on my shoot. She told me if she were to do another bikini shoot, he would leave her. She actually wanted to do it because the money was good (she needed it to pay off her credit card debt). So in the end, hehe.............her bf had to pay off her credit card bill! BTW....she is a freelance Asian model who surprisingly rejects bikini shoots (she can easily commands at least SGD$2,500-$3000 minimum for per day bikini commercial shoots). :bsmilie:

I just got the gut feeling the man will think like that.

But my friend wasn't comfortable with me just being there to be escort, so she roped me into modelling as well. Lucky the photographer don't mind. ^^ But later I told the photographer to just remove all the photos he took of me at that shoot la, since I was just there to be ornament.

you went in as a second model, the photographer accomodated you and shot you, then you told the photographer to remove all your pictures, that is about most absurd thing to so.
