Stumper upon my dad polariod
pretty new to such a camera, just wondering how come there is no battery compartment for the camera?? and how to test if the camera is working?

The battery comes with the film. When you insert the film into the camera, the battery goes in also. It is included in the tray. So when u change film (usually after 10 shots) you change the battery also

Thanks for the info, will go get a 600series Polariod file cassette

Hmmm, don't think they produce the 600 series film anymore. think they changed it all to the 700 series. In particular the 788. think you better bring your polaroid down when you want to buy film. Just in case...
