Wah I am sick today and last weekend...kenna flu during weekend is so Sad....can't do anything can't go out....sianzzzz

Caught the flu last weekend also. Mon and Tues MC, so by Wed was ok.

Hmmm.....the last MC I took was about 10 years ago when I was really sick until cannot walk. Until then, never took a single MC. That was the last time I saw my doctor for medicine.

Every year I will do a full body check up as well with another doctor.

Always good to stay clear away from Panadols, Anti-biotics or any drugs lar.

I am 36 this year.

was sick last monday, ate 24 panadol cold reliefs.. slowly recovered

i'm abt 80% recovered now ~

was a little busy, averaged abt intermitten 3-4hrs of sleep between work, guess that didnt help either
