wan to ask something that got nothing to do with photography...

anyone still remember the CRANE made from folding triangles and sticking together forming the CRANE shape ??

people used to take the 4D/TOTO paper, cut them into little rectangle then fold them into triangles shape.. with a lot of little triangles, stick them one by one, moulding them into the CRANE shape..

Question : how to fold the rectangles into the triangles ???

amazing wat u can find on google these days....

I don't think he means this crane. It's another way where you form many triangle shapes and you can interconnect them to form almost anything, including a crane.

I don't know what you call it but I think it has Chinese roots. I've seen a couple of books on this at Popular before.

Must it be a crane?

Do a Google search for "modular origami" and you will find many impressive models. Just a suggestion.

I think its more of a swan.

There was a craze for that quite a long time back. My suggestion would be to enquire at those Chinese craft shops which you get in the heartlands.

Its quite labour intensive - I think you need to start working on it soon :)

I don't know if Kinokouniya would have this in stock:
