TASOS (The Astronomical Society of Singapore) has an outing planned for 19th November to McRitchie Reservoir area between 7:30pm - 9:30pm, so presumably this is a good time to catch the meteor shower. Note that TASOS outing is for their members only and I am just regurgitating stuff I found on their webpage. Please contact TASOS if you are interested to go.
