light trails of the vehicle behind, when we are sitting on a tut tut after an evening visit to the caves at tham sang near vang vieng, by the time we left is night time. it is really bumpy. didn't intend to show this, as it isn't really an intended effect and i didn't initially want to pass it off as a work. not sure what anyone sees of this, but just to share.

an ahka wedding at pakha, where the bride is pouring wine for the guests before getting "angbao" (money but without any packet) on a plate. THe couple looks really young, say probably 15-early 20s i guess. Ahka is a race that is found in southeast asia as well as in yunnan, known in china as hani. the famous rice terrace in yuanyang, is also an ahka/hani tradition.

one of the two temple next to Pha That Luang. special thanks to wanderingcat for helping to find the names of the temples. this is wat that luang tai. other one is wat that luang neua (with 2 tall buddhas outside)
