Image transfer with G3

Need some help here.

Any G3 users here have came across problems in transfering images from the camera to a MAC, using the ZoomBrowser EX 4.0 (bundled software)?

Personally I have no problems when using a PC running Microsoft OS. But I have a friend whom is using a MAC, and is having a problem transfering the images. I am trying to help him, but I am not familiar with MAC OS.

So if there is any pointers or problems that needs to take note, please let me know.

Just use a card reader to reduce compatibility problems as the OS may not be supported (if not wrong only certain Mac OS can support)
