how tos to organise a model shoot

any pros can teach this newbie here what are the things needed to organise a model shoot? personally no do model shoot before, so i'm pretty clueless how it goes. no money to go for those paid model shoots too. TFCD still queing up for my chance. not that i going to organise model shoot to earn money la, but wanna know the how tos then i can do with my frenz as models.

how? Knight_Ong can share your secrets? haha... i know u the TFCD king. lol.

oh ya, forgot to add, outdoor shoots. no money to rent studio also. but of cos if the pros wanna share bout studio shoots also no problem. more knowledge doesnt hurt rite.

wat are the stuff needed? and any way cheap alternatives for stuff like...reflectors etc? sorry ah, total newbie here. =X
