Paiseh, very elementary question.

I have read about the need to resize the image to 3:2 before sending for processing. I have shot my pics in resolution 1600:1200 which means it's 4:3? So, how do I make them 3:2? Can I do it with MS Paint and if so, how? Thks.

Do you have a more full-featured image editing program like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop? If not, it is probably better for you to just leave your files as they are and let the lab do the cropping for you, since MS Paint doesn't have very convenient tools for cropping files and, more importantly, I don't think it has options for setting the level of JPEG compression to apply to your images.
