How I hate Adobe in confirmation that they will not upgrade the CS3 to take the 5DmkII RAW patch...

I truly believe adobe and canon signed some secret agreement, to force 5D mark ii users to upgrade our software too!

no improvement since af module is the same as mk1

The AF speed is comparable to its predecessor 5D. You won't expect any increase of AF speed for a mid range camera but the accuracy of the AF did improved due to latest AF technology.

I currently did not experience any focusing issue on this cam. I had enabled the focusing point in the camera such that it is able me to zoom onto the area to verify whether it is in focus.
