Cannot log in from iPad

Hi, anyone have the same problem like the one stated? As soon as you hit the login button, the screen goes black. It never happened before.
Tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it a few times but to avail :dunno:

Sorry, better make it clearer. I'm trying to log in from the mobile app, not from the webpage. Logging in from webpage from my iPad has got no issue.
Likewise, I got no problem logging in from my iPhone app. It seems that this problem is stated in the reviews in the apple App Store.
Any Mod can help?
