Any high vantage points in Chinatown?

I'd like to get some somes of a view from the top in the Chinatown Bazaar tonight. No need for directly top down, but I intend to set up a tripod and use slow shutter to capture the crowd moving through the streets. Are there any shophouses or things like that that let us go up to level 2 or 3?

the roof top (about 3 level) of chinatown market/hawker centre, or the hdb flat ontop.
