    Editing Video files from FZ1000

Hi, I have been using FZ200 for 2 years. Recently I bought the Cyberlink PowerDirector Ultra video editor in anticipation of buying the FZ1000. I LOVE the "stabiliser" feature of this editor as I shoot video mostly hand held at the long end of the zoom lens. Actually a suitable editor is...

The new ClubSNAP forum theme hard to read?

I read your post before my comments. That is not a problem. I am just stating what I prefer. It's either you see stars or I feel uncomfortable. You can't satisfy every one. If it gets too bad on my eyes I quit - no hard feeling.

The new ClubSNAP forum theme hard to read?

Prefer white lettering on black background...Like this which I just came across yesterday: http://tysonrobichaudphotography.wordpress.com/2013/07/10/panasonic-lumix-100-300mm-waste-of-time-or-amazing-value/ So much easier on the eyes, white or grey background is just too glaring.

He is only the no. 4 in rank. Your hens would probably prefer those more senior ones. Anyway the Lao Da (no. 1 or Alpha male) will chase away all the competitors. Very possessive!

Haha, I thought it is more like a distraction. I am more into nature than photography. The drooping plant is call Wild Tea (Acalypha siamensis), often found in the wild and also planted as hedges. Cheers...

    Image Thread for FZ200 superzoom

I may be wrong, but it is always difficult to get accurate colour when shooting against strong backlight without aids. I have taken some pics of this bird at Bishan Park (still prefer the old name) with the same camera, most of the time after sunset. I am not surprised by the colours of your...

    US version of my LX7

Share your joy of finally resolving the issue. Guess this is how Panasonic enforce the limited warranty which renders the bundled software with limited capabilities. And thanks to your perseverance, sg users who bought us sets will know how to crack the limitation now. No doubt NTSC has a...

A short nesting story of Pied Fantail, April – May 2013

Nice, waiting for more... About Olive-backed Sunbird nestings, they build their nests in many unexpected places: From Bird Ecology Study Group Sunbird Nesting In My Underwear (haha not mine btw) and Bird Ecology Study Group Olive-backed Sunbird's Affinity for Bicycles. I would like to...

    panasonic lumix fz60

Hi Herman Unlike the FZ200 which I am using, lens hood is not a standard accessory for the FZ60. For a list of optional accessories available for FZ60, check this: DMC-FZ60(DMC-FZ62) | PRODUCTS | LUMIX | Digital Camera | Panasonic Global You will noticed that filters and mc protector...

Problem taking indoor shots Lumix FZ200

I have been looking for the adjustment in the past without success. Finally found it today! You can adjust the flash output from -2EV to +2EV. How? While in record mode press menu. In pic mode scroll down to page 5. Scroll down to Flash Adjust and there you are. (see page 145 of user manual)...

    Panasonic Digital Still Camera DMC-FZ200

This pigeon was very cooperative. It was sunning in a small tree at roughly eye level and allowed me to get as close as 10 ft for this video clip, taken with fz200. The music soundtrack was taken from a sound clip from the included software PhotoFun Studio...

    US version of my LX7

I had thought that PhotofunStudio 8.3PE is the same for both local and US versions. Apparently they are not. See pic which shows local set is for PAL system. So logically, the US version is for NTSC system. Are you using the US version of PhotofunStudio?

    US version of my LX7

I don't know what is your TY system. But if you use the included software Photofun Studio 8.3 PE which I am using as a FZ200 (local set) owner, I don't think there will be any problem. No, your set is meant for US.
