    That is what exactly happened to me. Half the time, i can't hear him clearly because i guess they are using VOip and the other half i can't make out what he is trying to say. Bought a three year onsite warrenty carepack but was told that it is a carry in warrenty when the machine is fualty...

    Its a UU lens, which means made in 2006. So am wondering if its because my dry box is too dry? 30% RH. Its a "creeping" sound.
