Thanks TS for the warning. As for why some people don't do anything to get back their money, it could be because their time is better spent doing other things. Different people have different thresholds and different priorities. Some guys I know do not even go to shops to buy their stuff...

POSB cards qualify for DBS card promotions, eg if there's discount at G2000 for DBS holders, you can use your everyday card to enjoy the same promo. Not sure about OCBC, but when I went to Best Denki during the Christmas Promo, some promotions were specifically for the co-brand Best OCBC...
