Sometimes I see fathers carrying kids on their shoulders and walk around. I feel scared for the kids. Accidents can happen.....

That is absolutely nightmarish. If there is any truth to that saying when it's your time it is your time this one would be it I guess...that poor kid and may God look over that parent extra close...just horrible.
