This one better.....

After the shoot, try to get the xmm hp number and buy her lunch. Reach home spending whole night post processing the photo so to sent those photo to xmm.

End of the day, the xmm happy spend the money with her bf and use your photo for her own marketing and never pick up your call.

from someone you knoe?

hmm.. If TFCD, it's the photographer obligation to PP the pictures to sent to xmm..

For paid shoots.. well.. if the PG is happy to do it.. it's his choice lor..

mebbe he juz enjoy PP-ing the pictures leh.....

i like the joke where people try to flash buildings.

i don't know there are flash that are more powerful than others too when i start... the realization only came slowly... muhahaha...

I always like to take out my batteries from the camera everytime after a photoshoot, before putting the camera in a dry cabinet. So there was one time, I brought out all my equipments for a performance. Spot taken, set up flashes, sling camera, everything ready. I switch on the camera to test shot and thought the camera spoiled and couldn't be on, was stuck there trying to figure out for the full min, then i realised ... I forgot to insert the batteries into the camera before going out ... in the end.... pack everything up and go home... angry with myself of cos.

I got one - dont luff at me.
I looking at filters so i ask my friend, why peoples wan to buy b/w filter?
black and white cannot set in camera meh?
or photoshop?
or filter will be more contrast nicer?

y ppl buy filters ar i till dotn knw leh

i have a few unforgettable incidents.

1. Got a call from friend about a rare bird sighted, grab my gears and speed all the way there. Set up equipment and realize that I had forgotten to bring my CF cards porch. Even my spare 1Gb card had been loan out to a friend on an earlier trip. Luckily saw a friend around who have a spare card.

2. Rush all the way to Fraser hill. set off from sg ard midnight and reach Fraser hill early in the morning. Start shooting till evening and drove to KL for the night stay. reach Hotel ard 9pm and by then its already almost 24hr without sleep and after I took my bath, I download my shots to my laptop. Was waiting for my buddy to finish his bath because he wants to download his photos using my laptop too. While waiting for him, I lie on bed holding my camera and view the photos..... zzzzzzzz woke up the next morning. Luckily my buddy help to keep my camera else if drop will be gone case.

Got a similar experience at the last outing..

I aimed my camera at Koplady and sfoto100, but the camera just won't lock focus.. so I take my own sweet time hunting for contrast area to lock on..

Didn't realized that they were already "posing" for the shot.. as it was quite dark and thru the VF can't see their facial expression at all..

Then about 10sec later.. kena complained by koplady for making them stand like statue for 10sec......... alamak....

in the end, had to MF.. but, as expected, pic is OOF.. can't even see their face in the VF.. how to focus.......

Haha... Ya laaa. No worries, no offence taken. Coz it was really dark anw. Shots cfm not dat nice anw.

Back in 2001-02 when digicams were a luxury, we still used the film cameras. We were gg to another sch's function so we bought a new film roll for it. I swore we snapped at least 20 shots with the hosts even and promised to email them the scanned photos. While on the way back, these 2 jokers with the camera kept looking ard guiltily, then admitted the film wasn't fitted properly.

Till now, those friendly hosts never knew wat happened...

Now you can tell people you've slept with your camera. :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

my room-mate during one of the photo trips smeared a very very light layer of tooth paste on my UV filter while I was sleeping...... next morning waited for 3-4 hrs with no luck for the 'condensation' to clear

another time on a different trip ..... some joker rubbed chinese medicated oil on my viewfinder window eye-cup

Oh **** the chinese medication oil one seriously screwed up my event, i always thought there is something to do with the air until my friend told me.
