How purchase new apps for IPod touch?

Can. Mine's now set to Singapore.
Just tap the icon on the lower right corner. At the next screen, tap the [+] icon on the upper left corner and key in the new location eg Singapore to add a new location to display.

haha, same interface ma, just that i want the phone function too. 8GB is more then enough for me. 30 over movies and hundreds of song, can really last me a while, still have lots of space remaining...hehe..
