Your photos always make me wonder if my camera is lousy or i simply sucks... guess it's the latter :bsmilie: :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

Great eye for details & wonderful colours, shots!

beautiful! keep it coming!

Melbourne is such a beautiful city. My family lives there. I love the place alot more than Sydney lah. Sydney is so complicated. Plus, Melbourne is the city for SHOPPING!

Jiven is an excellent proof that it isn't the camera, but rather it's the person using the camera, that really matters. This is in stark contrast to the rest of the forum who are affected by the "buy buy buy" virus.

Beautiful shots.. I'll be going to melbourne study soon. Glad to see how pretty it is. :)

Queen Victoria Market

The first time I was here was when I was 15 years old. It was a geography trip.. I remember buying a Guns & Roses belt bucket fr here... haha.. can't believe I bought that.. This time, I took only photographs.. :)

makes me curious on what is that. wooden blocks with names burnt on it?

could have shoot front on. think is better. what do you think?

why is the graduation so strong?

Came out almost like that... the sun was pretty strong.. i dunno how to PP for such pics.. if i play w the levels... the brighter parts will look over exposed.. and if i up the saturation, the darker parts will look even darker..

you can do selection on pp with a feathering of 250px. but the effects drawn from shadows derives noise. also the burn highlight is gone case. some limitations after shooting.

I wasn't intending to buy.. so didn't dare to go near any stall to shoot.. esp after kena scolded by one vendor.. haha..

me too.... :bsmilie:

Since it's 07-07-07 today... I shall post my last 7 photos to end this thread.... the end of my ~ Winter in Melbourne ~ series..

Went to Brighton Beach to take a look at the famous Bathing Boxes... But it was raining.. bad.. and I had only my waterproof jacket to shield my cam.. Managed to get some shots.. while the rain got lighter. Surprisingly, the pictures looked brighter than expected..
