where to buy rechargable batteries?

hey everyone

I'm in town for a few weeks, I need some batteries for some of my photo equipment..

does anyone know where I can get a good price on 8 "C" rechargable batteries and a charger?

most electronic stores I stopped in, only sell 2-packs, and their prices are pretty high, and they don't have 4-battery C charger..

i also need 8 sanyo eneloop batteries, i saw an 8-pack for $45, it would be nice to find it for a little less.. and a couple lithium Cr2 for less than $7

perhaps one place will have all this at low prices?
