what settings should i use for exporting nef to tiff using Capture NX?

i am trying to export nef files using captureNX to tiff files to be opened by photoshop CS. but there is this menu with options like RGB or CMYK, compression none/lzw, 8 or 16bit depth.

which settings shld i use ?

Setting used by me when passing the image from CaptureNX to other image editing software will be 16 bit depth (which the most important among the three settings), RGB colour scheme and TIFF file without compression.
