What Relative Humidity (RH) is suitable?

Hi dear all, may I know what is the relative humidity (RH) level you all usually set for your dry-cabinet? Think inside there's a knob and can set anything from 'L' to 'M' to 'H' or anything in between. And the RH meter is shown on the glass panel on the front. Thanks.
