neva mind about the Soviety part, the building looks like those from Red Alert 2 soviet army so....

not too sure if it was a firestation... but i'm quite sure it was a power station...

The firestation there to support the powerstation.
U can use it as a theme but state it properly, otherwise yr picture is not telling the truth.
