hi

I am in the process of setting up a studio for videography with chroma key capability and would like to get some advice regarding the equipments needed.
Any help is deeply appreciated.

thank you.

Dedicate the majority of your budget to quality soundproofing! That will give you the winning edge over most rental studios. Next chunk of money is underground cabling for HDMI / SDI and equalisers if you don't want toppled studio pedestals and cameras. Flooring options can be sourced from Elgood but generally, most epoxy coating will work. If its LIVE, you need panoramic chromakey panels, HD switchers and mixers or software alternatives like BoinxTV. If you need LIVE virtual sets, consider NewTek'sTricaster Studio. Hopefully the remaining budget will get you cold lighting from Kino-flo. Rosco chromakey paint for floor and wall. Stick the velcro for matchmove markers first before painting. Round out the floor-wall edge with custom-built curved plywood ramp. Forget about Reflecmedia and datavision retro-reflective fabric. Also read the book: "Matchmoving- the Invisible-Art of Camera Tracking" first before you decide on any marking system.
