Sony RX100M3. ISO 1000. F2.8, 1/40 sec. Shot in JPEG with Creative Picture Setting Neutral (supposedly less sharpening, less noise reduction and more neutral colours), High ISO Noise Reduction: Low, Exposure +0.3, no Flash, Tungsten white balance. Resized to 3600x2400 (for 8x12 inch, 300 dpi), noise reduced in Topaz Denoise and minor sharpening, cropping, white balance, leveling, using Photoshop Elements 10 on Mac OSX.
Contrast this to typical shots with phones or cameras ..
One of my friends asked me why I did not bring my 'bigger camera'. I told her this little baby can get the job done close enough to the 'big camera'. I don't think my old Nikon D7000 with 16-85mm could have got this quality at ISO 1000. The Fuji XE2 would have been better, but at typical sizes (up to 8x12, 300dpi), after some processing, it was hard to tell the difference. But out the camera, definitely the Fuji XE2 would be better. But then I would also have to do some colour balancing, so still have to do some processing.
