Try out some normal night shots when I was at my brother place near Serangoon Garden.
Any comment?
Thanks.

Hi DongChua,

There seems to be less details in the pics. Not sure if its just my Monitor.
You can try to give more shutter time next time.

Nice try though.

seems very dark to me. i tried F8 8s and it was not so dark.
what sort of metering/focus you used?

Believe the cam limit is 8sec.

try a higher iso?

Using ISO50.
The pic on cam LCD look good & bright but when view on pc, they look dark..

I find ISO 50 very dark, normally I use 100 and if it is really dark I use 200. Maybe you could try ISO 100 and bracket your shots.

Ok, will take note of that.

The pic were taken from my bro 3rd floor house.
Seldom go to his place cos to far.
Was told by him that all pic back ground can see llighting if raining da when he
saw me taking the pic.

try multiple exposures or use higher isos..

Zoom in where appropriate, use smaller aperture like F2.8 over long exposure 8s. :)

Erm... i think there are better places to practice your night shots... ;p This scene is a little plain. But if there is lightning going on, I guess it'll be a different story... ;)

Underexposed and slightly blur. Try a bright scenery next time and use timer mode to trigger the shutter.

You should have used different settings like 8sec with f2.8, f4, f5.6 and f8 and compare image sharpness (usually f4 or smaller will give better result) and compare LCD brightness to your computer screen.

Looks a bit out of focus...
