Sensor cleaning

Hi, I know this have been discuss over and over, I just wanna ask, where can I purchase the Eclipse E2 solution and sensor swap or does any one have better recommendation, I saw a thread with pictures stating that a box of sensor swap cost $180 :bigeyes: Abit too much.... How much am I expecting to pay now for the above two item that I mention? Thank you in advance for all help and advice.

If I'm not mistakened, only Cathay Photo sells E2 and stuff. They also sell other brands of sensor swabs that are cheaper

OP selling loose pack of sensor swab, each selling at $8 (type 2 for 1.6 sensor).
Don't throw away the plastic wand as you can replaced the swab with PecPads.

I've been using PecPads and have not encounter any problem.

Why can't the 2 different camera use the same one, anyone have any idea how much it cost for the soultion and the swap?

Yep yep, I've check the website, thats why I need 2 different ones, blame it on my work location, it's so hard to go to cathay to get all this stuff, thanks fitzy for your feedback, do you reckon they sell in smaller pack? I read from someone selling in the BNS pack of 4 swaps, anyway, is it possible to get it clean without the swap? Just use the Pec Pac with some home made swap, or it's more recommended from you to use their swap, because I have a FF and a 1.3 crop.

I think you can just use Pec Pads with some home made swab although it is not recommended. http://www.photosol.com/swabproduct.htm

i have excess swab 2 for sale http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=528230

I did use the pecpad to clean it but it leaves behind a trace of residue cus it doen's absord the excess E2 like the swab2.

I use a loupe to magnify when cleaning and I can tell you it is not recommended.

Either E2 or Eclipse depend on your cam sensor. See my thread above i have a link to it.
