Safe to shot alone in KL?

Will be going to KL this weekend for walk walk... still thinking whether to bring my 350D, with my lens there..

Is it safe to bring these there and attract attention? Or should i jus bring a PnS?

Advise needed... thanks..

I walked around from Pudu to KLCC.. should be okay, unless you want to shoot at very late night.
