Would anyone here able to tell what's the problem that cause all this weird lines?

It seems like those taken in indoor was better compared to outdoor.
I asked the local lab that processed the negative and the guy has no idea as well. This is his first time encountered such.
Could it be damage to the shutter? I am yet to check my camera since there's still a roll in it
