Hi photoshop gurus....
how do you crop around part of an image in PS???
example... such as a photo with me in the centre...
i can use the magic lasso to go round 'me' then invert selection and delete the background....
but can i just save the part of the image with just 'me' ???, so when i open it in say powerpoint, its just 'me' without any white background etc....
using PS CS....
Thnx

copy your selection to a new canvas.... and make sure this new canvas is set to transparent background. this way, when you copy this new file on to powerpoint, you wont see the white. but technically, the image is still a polygonal...

Oh... :thumbsup: thanks !!!
