The blurry feet is kind distracting, cropping it off will give a better feel IMO.

Actually Ok lah, it's true that there are plenty of blown details in these pics and I must admit that I am still not comfortable at shooting portraits under strong direct lights or contrasty lights as my flash control very cmi. When reflections from the sand and sea come into the pics its even more complicated. So really must practice more.

Mind to give me some tips on flash compensation & settings under such circumstances? Thanks a lot!

The catchlights is partly due to fill flash and most importantly Jac is so nice that she offer to hold the reflector herself at waist level for us to take her pictures. Lovely gal. :heart:

yup, I am not a big fan of cropped portraits, as I believe a nice portrait need to showcase as much of the beauty as possible.

But here IMO, the feet kind of distracting, maybe she should just hug both legs.
