My friend brought her 3 year old boy along no problem just have to pay RM70 for speedboat, the hotel is free for kids under 4, just have to becareful of the sand flies there... Drive to Tanjong Lehman (half an hour less compare driving to mersing), and take 15minutes boat ride. jiao me if u need more info.
