old photo convert to digital image service

any kind soul know where can i find service for converting all my old photos(hardcopy) into digital images (softcopy)? how much do they charge?

Recently, I sent one photo (hardcopy) to a photo shop at basement of Bt Panjang Plaza to duplicate another copy (hardcopy), cost me $4.
I am not sure whether they can provide the service that you require.
