Tony and Chelsea Northrup video. Watch from 10:40 to 18:40. A salient point they made is: Never ask a company's executives whether the company is going to shut down/wind up a particular division or the whole business. What do you expect them to say? If the company is going through its death throes, they are looking for a buyer of the division/whole company. Announcing the company will wind up soon, will press down the price. When a company is dying, the top management is looking to cut payroll costs and anyone who tells the press that the company will wind up soon, will be conveniently fired - without the severance compensation package. So staff will keep mum or give the standard public relations reply that all is well, they are not going to close down.
