Hi fellow Nikonians,

I just bought a D7000 and realise the camera exhibit brown banding white balance issue in fluorescent lighting as seen in the pics below.

The problem goes away when I use studio strobes and when the shutter speed goes down to 1/50.

Anybody here who experienced the same problem? Thanks in advance for the advice. :)

That is caused by having a shutter speed higher than 1/50s as it captures all the different bands of color emitted from the flourescent lights as they operates at 50-60hz.

I see, does it happen with all dslrs or just this batch of D7000?
