Newbie need help on photo scanning

Hi,

I am scanning my 35mm neg using a scanner.

After scanning, my photo is yellowish, can someone advise me how to get rid of this yellowish thing.

I tried using the scanner's software to do colour restoration, though it take away most of the yellowish thing, but the photo is very bright. When I adjust the brightness, the yellowish thing comes back.
