I need to have a new CPU for my photography projects but I am not sure of the specs.

Like what kind of RAMs,motherboard,graphic cards and so on.

Like to know the specs.

Budget wise is value for money.....

Within ur budget, get more RAM ( as for the maximum supported, check if 32 bit or 64 bit system ), better graphics card ( u get some improvement in screen redraws etc on adobe PS CS 4 ), more harddisk for storage / scratch disk, faster CPU, and a compatible motherboard.

Probably many other factors such as a competent PSU to support the whole system, and a good LCD monitor for graphics work ( dual display even better! )

Hardwarezone maintains a nice list of prices, and a forum where the dudes are better versed in computer accessories configurations and prices etc where u might find better help. They support a large marketplace for 2nd hand items too if u r interested.
