Where can I buy ND filters in Singapore? I tried CP, Alan but they don't carry.

Also, which brand is good? Budget is about 100-150 for the whole set, ring+adaptor+filter.

CP carries them, and have many different kinds.. U sure you asked them?

And good brands cost around around 100-250 per piece of filter...

for 100-150 for whole set, you have to settle for Cokin P or Tianya 85mm. And they will come with their problems, which you will have to find ways to get around of...
