Miss Singapore World 2006 Sneak Preview

I went back to the event today, it was quite lively. Met the nice guys there
and had fun chatting while waiting 1.5 hrs for the show.
I liked 11 but #10 won instead.. My flash was too much suppressed so did not
get a lot of good photos...
This little girl put on quite a show.. quite surprised at her talent
Current Miss Sg, looking pretty good still..
Another good looking girl, did not make it though..
Observing the pros, next time, I'll make sure my flash is no longer sideways
as it gets caught in people's heads.

Hi guyz,
Hello everyone, I am contestant number 12, Violet Zeng. I am currently 20 years old. I am studying in NTU, School of Materials Science and Engineering. I am a qualified lifeguard and I have represented my school for various swimming and lifesaving competition. I enjoy being a sportswoman, and I have also represented my JC in Air Rifle Shooting. On top of that, I enjoy helping others, and making new friends. I love making friends regardless of different backgrounds and nationalities. That is because I can speak foreign languages like Japanese and basic Korean.
The reason why I joined this pageant is because I like to challenge myself, and to see how far I can go. I enjoy learning new things and improving myself, constantly asking questions to clear my doubts. With this experience, it will equip me better with this ever changing world.
As I like to volunteer my services, I am a regular blood donor and I also helped to organize this event called H.A.N.D.S (helping a needy disabled swim). My dream is to travel, volunteer my services and gain some experience for self improvement.
