Lightroom 2.5

Hi all,
Got a question, can Adobe photoshop lightroom 2.5 do channel swapping (red & blue, used in IR pic) & HDR technique? If yes, pls guide me the way. I believe these can be done in photoshop CS4.

"False Colour IR photos are normally created by swapping the Red and Blue channels in Photoshop. Lightroom has no way of doing this, so we can only hope to emulate false colour IR."
