1.In what area is critique to be sought?I would like to seek feedback on whether is the composition and setting used on this shot correct.. It was 820pm, Shot with D90, on Tripod (First time using), F9 / 5s / ISO200 / Manual. Is the picture consider sharp?

I personally thought of shooting more night landscape but first need to get the setting right.
