hi all, newbie questions. are public allowed to cover these events ? what are the regulations ?
i read in other forum that as long as any person is inside photos. we have to seek his/her clearance to show it to public/to sell it.
coz all the while, i only cover my old jc soccer teams. some of my uni events...but never go to this public events. thanks !
