iPod 80Gb as a walkaround external harddisk?

Can the iPod 80Gb (the latest model) be used also as an external hard disk?

Also how much cheaper is it at Sim Lim Square?

my 60gb can be used. But I think the harddisk is SLOW for mine.

I would certainly recommend a portable harddisk instead. My iPod crashed on me many times during important events so be wary. Cheers!

u need to buy the a small device to link ur cam to ipod if u want to do photos transfer. it costs around 50 bucks when i bought tt 1 yr ago.

not to forget tt the transfer of photos will drain ur ipod battery very quickly, and it normally take me few times to get all the photos transferred completely.. beware of these pts !
