Is speeding 10-30km/h over the speed limit on the expressway dangerous?
Personally, as long as the driver is in control and doesn't speed on a busy road, I reckon it is ok. Dangerous or not really depends on the situation. I see some drivers do travel within the speed limit but cutting in & out of lanes in a slow moving traffic. This is also dangerous.

it is. because of the faster speed, reaction time i increased. imagine if someone cuts into your lane and slows down. you won't be able to slow down in-time to avoid a collision.
