i've try many method and i found a S$0.10 DIY white card have the best result for me. tilit angle of 90° or 70° , ceiling bounce or not, + my slave difusser built-in flash on my camera body. Nikon TTL take care everything. (i'm using F80+SB50DX)
been taking 3 session of relative wedding photo, both indoor and outdoor (fill flash) i used this method. The card need not very big, a postcard size will do. The only drawback is it attract attention and my relatives thought i'm a pro, all want me to take portrait for them....
another drawback is portrait mode still have harse shadow, as in some situation it is almost impossible for me to choose a windows lit area or bring a big reflector....it also feel awkward to ask some one hold my flash off-camera while taking a fast portrait shot during ceremony....
